Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, which revolves around the lives of six families living at a Gokuldham society in Mumbai, will see some violent argument situation between a father and his son in the joyous and harmonious community.
In the upcoming episodes, Champaklal chacha (Amit Bhatt) is keen on the family spending time together and catching up over one meal of the day. He stresses on the importance of the family eating together to stay close. With this intention, he asks his son Jethalal (Dilip Joshi) to come home on time post work so that they can have a meal together as a family.
However, Jethalal gets to know of an unplanned yet important event, that of a Chairman association’s party, which he will have to attend. Due to this, he gets tied up and returns home quite late. Meanwhile, in the society compound, Champaklal gets furious at Jethalal and even insults him in front of Babita Ji (Munmun Dutta) and other society members. This does not go down well with Jethalal. He tells Champaklal that he’s not a child and he has work responsibilities and duties to attend to. Both of them have fair points and end up having a very heated argument.
“This makes for a very interesting and intense nok-jhok track on the show. A fight and disagreement between the father and son always has sparks flying all over the place,” said Dilip Joshi, who plays Jethalal in the show.
Amit Bhatt, who plays Champaklal, said, “This time Gokuldham will witness their ego tussles where in Bapuji refuses to even look or talk to Jethalal. Viewers will only have to wait and watch on what happens next.”
Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma airs on 8:30 pm on Sab TV, Monday to Friday.
