The 53-year-old actor enjoyed a delicious meal at Chester restaurant at the Gansevoort Hotel in the Meatpacking District, which is a “vibrant bar” that serves “traditional American food” according to its website, and made his server’s night when he topped up their wages with the eye-watering sum of cash, reported the New York Post.
The big-hearted star dined with friends and the group were said to be in “good” spirits when they ordered sparkling water, a bottle of pinot noir wine, lemon chicken and a quinoa dish from the tantalising menu.
A source said, “Everyone seemed to be in a good mood.”
