Dancer turned actress Lauren Gottlieb, who rose to fame with Remo D’Souza’s dance franchise ABCD, has recently taken to binge on watching films starring the evergreen Madhubala.
Lauren had managed to impress the audience with her debut film and has been featured in many movies since then. She moved to Mumbai to be a part of the Hindi film industry and has been working hard learning and mastering the Hindi language.
Lauren is also trying to improve her acting skills. And for this, she has been watching Madhubala’s movies.
Lauren wanted to know more of the actress’ work and through a friends help, she put together the material of all of Madhubala’s classics and she is deeply inspired by her grace on screen and the charisma Madhubala had.
“I briefly know about Madhubala and always had heard immensely great things of her. I recently took to knowing more about her and collated all her movies. I’m since then obsessed with watching her movies. Her grace and screen presence is a rare combination and I absolutely look upto her,” Lauren Gottlieb said.
Lauren, who was once a contestant on the celebrity-based dance show “Jhalak Dhikla Jaa”, will now be seen as a judge on the show.
