Actress Alia Bhatt said she has not been offered ‘Aashiqui 3’ and is not doing any Hollywood film either.
Alia, who was in Delhi for the promotions of her soon-to-release Kapoor and Sons, said: “I really wish I was doing a Hollywood film but I am not doing any Hollywood film. There is no Aashiqui happening for me either.”

Original ‘Aashiqui’ (1990) starred newcomers Rahul Roy and Anu Aggarwal and “Aashiqui 2” was released in 2013 which had Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor, who turned stars overnight post it.
Alia also said she was proud of both Deepika and Priyanka, who have now ventured into Hollywood and that it inspires women back home to keep working hard.
“It is very inspiring. I feel very very proud and happy for PC (Priyanka) and Deepika both. They have been great examples for us in Bollywood and now stepping out of here. Women of substance are very strong and I think they chase their dreams. It gives people like me, who also have really really big dreams in life, a little bit of hope that we also have some chance. There is a lot of acceptance and it is opening up a lot of windows for us.”
Directed by Shakun Batra, the film also stars Sidharth Malhotra and Fawad Khan. It will hit theatres this Friday.
