The 73-year-old “Wazir” actor said his “Do Aur Do Paanch” co-star was a dynamic and versatile performer.

Bachchan and Pawar worked together in “Bombay to Goa,” “Nastik,” “Manzil,” “Do Anjaane,” and “Anand”.
Born in Nasik, Pawar started her acting career at age nine with 1928 film “Raja Harishchandra”.
Known particularly for playing scheming mother-in-law in the movies, she was honoured with Sangeet Natak Akademi award in 1961.
